The Mind Body Wellness center was established in 2000. Mind body health and wellness is the goal of this multidisciplinary center that focuses on the whole individual. The concept of wellness links the mind, body and spirit together. To achieve wellness, the Mind Body Wellness Center provides techniques to create balance and peace of mind while developing a greater understanding of the self.

Whole-person care coordinates services which address how the mind influences the body and how the body influences the mind. The center brings together professionals from various disciplines to provide the services that help achieve and maintain wellness.
Services
During these unusual times, our practitioners are offering virtual as well as in person consultations and appointments. We are currently looking to add a massage therapist to our center, as our beloved Tami has retired from practicing at the Center.
