Overseas Hardwoods Company, OHC, was founded by T Lee Robinson Sr. in 1967 to focus on importing and manufacturing the toughest and most beautiful hardwoods available throughout the world. Lee learned the lumber business from his father and uncle who had built a domestic hardwood company which sold extensively in Europe from 1917 until its sale in 1963.
For decades, we have been the market leader for Apitong / Keruing hardwood trailer flooring to the transportation industry, including the revolutionary and patented Road Load Tested full-length floor for flatbeds. We also import a wide variety of species for decking, millwork and marine applications.

OHC was founded on innovation through experience. Since the early 1900's, each generation has laid the groundwork for the next to excel in hardwood lumber importing and manufacturing. Now run by the third generation of Robinsons, the company's family-oriented culture continues to seek out innovative solutions within an ancient industry.
We personally visit our supply base in Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa several times a year, developing trusted relationships with our suppliers. Our lumber is hand-selected for the highest quality and sourced only from mills that harvest legally from responsibly managed forests. We always hold large inventories of all products so our customers can get what they want when they want it.
