All we need is a suitable location which is accessible. No one needs to be home, (most of our customers never are). We will provide 2 V.I.P. bags and will come by twice a week to pick up your garments and bring them back clean, fresh and ready to wear. Each order comes back with an itemized invoice and once a month you will receive a statement for reconciliation.

Best service ever! I was visiting from out-of-town but I spilled coffee on my sport coat. I was staying at a hotel near the airport who recommended Nu Image. I can't believe how hard they worked to meet my needs even though I had a very narrow timeframe. They thoroughly cleaned my coat and dropped it off at my hotel - all in under 3 hours. WOW. Thanks for caring so much.

It's not often I leave a yelp review but this was well deserved. I took a few pairs of pants in to be hemmed/ tapered. Prices were fair, staff was friendly and professional. A week or so after i picked up my clothes, I received a hand written note in the mail from Mike. Small gesture that goes a long way -- especially these days. I'll surely be back with any and all of my dry cleaning needs. Thanks for the great service!

My son had a last minute job interview during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since I don't have a lot of dry cleaning done and don't have a "go to" dry cleaner, I started calling around to find someone who could do "same day" dry cleaning. Every place I called said the same thing; that due to the pandemic, they were only cleaning two days a week and they couldn't have the suit ready. Thankfully, I called Nu Image, explained the situation, and they were fantastic. The suit got dropped off at 8am and picked up at 4pm. The customer service was fantastic

This company and all of the in store people are the finest I've dealt with. These are very hard times to remodel A home in another city it is crazy but I had no idea this virus would strike in mid stream . Nu Image is filled with incredibly talented professional people . I recently dealt direct with Steve the owner. You can't improve anything so I will forego suggestions . I mean every word . Please forward this review to all of your staff . Nu image picks up and drops off my dry cleaning in a timely and professional manner weekly. One time I noticed a button was missing on my top and called to expect a $2 credit towards my next bill...instead they asked me to return the shirt with a description of the button. They special ordered the unique button from Calvin Klein, had it delivered overnight in time to return it to me by my usual weekly delivery date. I remember thinking I should really call and thank them but of course never got around to it. A day or so later, a manager called me to confirm that the button was true to the original
