A BMI reading is one way to determine whether or not a person is overweight, but it is NOT the only factor used in deciding whether a person should begin a diet program. BMI is calculated using your height and weight but does not distinguish between body fat and fat free mass. Our state-of-the-art Tanita Body Composition Scale is one of the many tools we use to customize our program for you.
