My daughter is 9 years old.And my baby has tonsillitis. but I come here so many times and every time I see PA, not when my child gets to see a doctor.
and they keep giving my child medicine and there is no way to solve this problem for my child. And told my child to take Tylenol.everyday. and I said my child can't drink every day. And they just ignored me. I can't accept the way they treat my daughter like this. I am really disappointed.

. I am 63 yrs old female with very active Rheumatoid arthritis. I am immunocompromised. I received a positive covid test today. My husband also has covid earlier this week. My husband received a call from St Marys in Enid to revive the Covid infusion today at 3. He asked if he could give me the time and they said to have my Dr fax an order before 3 pm. I spoke with Dr office and they faxed an order earlier this morning but would fax again. I arrived at 2:45 with no instructions on where to go. Only thing I saw was wear a mask which I did. I walked into the area where you sign up to be admitted

Waited 5 hours to be seen for severe abdominal pain and was never seen. Went home because of extremely uncomfortable circumstances (uncomfortable seating, cold waiting room). In the 5 hours I was here, ONE person was taken back to be seen. Even worse, two people exposed to COVID were asked to wait in the waiting room with everyone else.

My favorite person went in at 5:15 am for non covid related breathing trouble; an out of town asthma patient who unknowingly left her inhaler at home (6 hours away). All she needed was a breathing treatment. Doctors came and went, shift change maybe (??) so that’s understandable, but it took them over an hour to get “respiratory” down to help her breathe. I didn’t realize that nurses needed back up from respiratory to hook up a nebulizer or get an inhaler. She called me crying and somewhat in a panic, and I blindly had assumed she was being taken care of the whole time. I had to call the

My stay was a nightmare. The daytime staff had no time for patients. I was never offered an opportunity to change gowns or freshen up, pain medication was withheld even though I told them I was in pain. My IV was not in correctly and instead of fixing it they just kept taping it. The only saving grace was Amy my night nurse who made sure I was receiving excellent care while she was on shift. She fixed my IV made sure I was comfortable, kept my meds on schedule and my ice pack going. This was my third stay at St. Mary's and hopefully my last.
