1 I agree not to move the dump trailer from the spot in which Tice Waste Management parked it. 2 I agree to not load the trailer with any heavy equipment including, but not limited to, skid steer, tractor, excavator etc. 3 I agree not to dispose of any hazardous materials into the trailer. Including paints, flammable liquids or fumes, asbestos, etc.

I contracted with Tice Management to be our household trash removal service this summer when we moved to Mechanic Falls. NOT ONCE have they picked up our garbage since we hired them. We have had to call them and leave multiple messages requesting they pick it up. I can't even get them to pick up the phone or respond to my emails to cancel my account. It's infuriating how unreliable they are.

I contacted this company as I live in Indiana but needed them in Maine! This company is beyond the best!!!!! I worked through Cathy by phone and text! Sooooo prompt and trustworthy!!!

Update: The owner at Tice took my feedback very seriously and reached out to me to get any and all issues corrected! We had a few bumps in the road to start, but they're really pulled through and made sure that I'm a happy customer.
Update: Cathy at Tice contacted me regarding this issue and they seem to really be working on getting better. They credited me for the period of time that the trash was not picked up and I'm hopeful that the service will improve! I'll follow up with another update.
