From the first phone call while searching for right tires and price comparing. They were informative but not pushy. Ordered a set of 4 Firestone Destination for all weather driving. Texted offering me a loaner car or pick up service at house. I was impressed. Day I arrived to have them installed all went smoothly. I just felt they repeatedly went the second mile. Good communication during and after instigation.
The tires made such a difference in the handling and ride. We have free rotations for life of tires. We will continue to return there for oil changes too. Office is clean. Nice waiting

There are some auto centers that treat anyone who is female identifying as someone incompetent. It has happened to me several times and each time I get so frustrated. I am by no means a mechanic, but I know how to take care of my car. This mistreatment has led to horrible experiences with other Auto Centers, one specifically in Grand Forks.
However, Tire One made it really easy. They gave me a very solid quote (including tax, parts, and labor), explained exactly what they were doing, and what could potentially go wrong, and finished it all under the time they originally said. No one treated me

Have taken my car in here a couple times and each time the staff there have been great. They walked me through the process of what they're going to do, they're very upfront about what they suggested and the quote for the work, and they were able to get the work done in a quick manner. Ian communicated very well with me when it came to the whole process and kept me up to date with a timeline of getting my car back to me. Definitely going to keep going back when I need some brake or wheel work done.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for regular service and repairs for several years. Jerome and his team are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the work this shop does is high and things get done quickly. Prices are reasonable, certainly better than a dealership.
They are always honest, up front, and transparent if they have repairs to recommend or find issues with your vehicle during the course of service. They explain issues plainly and are great about having estimates quickly. They never try to upsell and they don't pressure you into a service you don't necessarily

Super friendly and very informative. I was served the same day I called which worked out perfectly. not a single complaint honestly. I really liked the virtual "report card" you get of your car and the ability to receive your invoice and pay electronically. Also on the report card, for each category there is an informative video that gives more detailed information about the car and its components. Would highly recommend. A lot of shops in the area tend to try to get you to spend more money than necessary or almost act like things that are okay on your car need to be fixed ASAP. Tire One does not
