There is a total of 18 rooms varying in size from a room with a king bed to a room with three queen beds. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Each room is furnished with a hair dryer, 4 cup coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave, cable television, dual air & heat conditioner, and WiFi. We are a pet-friendly motel with plenty of space to walk your dog.

The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests to a room. Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only. If we discover any unauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests.
Redwood Arms Motel & RV is located right off of HWY 133 between Hotchkiss & the town of Paonia. Paonia is part of Delta County and is viewed by many as one of the most beatiful and interesting small towns in Colorado due to its location and culture in the valley. The town sits at the edge of the West Elk mountains and houses many orchards and vineyards and hop farms.

Fabulous find! After a couple days of camping in the wilderness, my wife and I wanted to sleep on a bed and get a shower in before heading to Aspen (to do the wifey things). I came across the Redwood Arms Motel by luck and am grateful that I found this place. The owner, Karolina, was wonderful to interact with on the phone and pleasantly a genuine human being when I checked in. This family-owned business has clean and inviting rooms, the bathroom was clean, and the hospitality was superb!! Not only are the rooms clean but I witnessed Ms. Karolina sweeping the parking lot and driveway. What a fantastic

We started staying @ the Redwood Arms many years ago on our first ATV trip to the area. Now, it's like going home to rest before starting our journey back to MO! The rooms are maintained VERY well and are clean and comfy. Parking for our trailers is no issue. There's plenty of room and you can pull right up to the room door. The owner, Karolina, is so welcoming and FULL of energy - LOVE THAT LADY - her heart for service is very evident!!
