We created it to increase access to pain management for all people, no matter what insurance or means to pay. Inland Northwest Anesthesia and Pain serves Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and all surrounding areas. Our services include interventional and medication for pain management in North Idaho's premier Pain Management Clinic.

Con artists. Referred to this outfit who were not in network with my insurance even though they said I was. They did not do a preauthorization before the procedure but wanted me to sign a form to pay them “around $300” to cover the fluoroscopy. Very shifty in their billing and insurance practices. Highly recommend avoiding this office. Office is dirty and covered with vintage 70’s paneling. Extremely rude and threatening staff.

I received a steroid shot in my shoulder. The anesthesiologist did a great job finding the exact place the injection needed to go. I healed very fast with no complications. This was a great experience. I highly recommend them if you need an injection of this type and will be back for future treatments if needed.

I am so happy with my results, the pain I had before the Coolief procedure was terrible. Now I can walk without the terrible pain. Both my knees are bone on bone. I only have a little pain, I can handle that until surgery. The doctors really care! Will have the procedure again before surgery so I won’t be in so much pain while doing therapy. Thank you.
