Metal stamping is a process that uses dies to transform flat sheet metal into finished parts by punching, cutting and/or shaping the material. To create three dimensional shapes, a flat sheet of metal is inserted into a die and a mechanical press is activated to create the part. Our numerous machines ensure that we have the proper equipment for our customers.
Our seasoned technical staff manage and implement each phase of a project from concept to on-time delivery and assist our customers in identifying cost savings in design and implementation. Our CAD/CAM operation utilizes computer modeling to draft parts as well as control our CNC equipment. File formats accepted: GIF, PDF, JPG or JEPG, SolidWorks, TIFF, STEP, Parasolid and DXF.
Thruway to exit 59 Dunkirk-Fredonia exit. Turn right on to NY-60N. Follow 60N to Lakeshore Drive (Rt.5) and turn right. Make a right onto Middle Rd. and follow to stop sign at the (Nestle Purina Plant). Bear to the left onto Progress Drive to Chadwick Drive and make a left. Drive round the curve, cross over the single set of railroad tracks and our driveway will be on the right after you cross the railroad tracks.
