Today, Just Add Embroidery provides a range of products all completed in-house, right at the back of the shop, often by Therese herself exercising her expertise. Stepping into the shop is like entering Therese's home and she immediately greets you like family. No design is too big or too small and Therese's specialty is designing the perfect custom monogram or embroidery to make any occasion, event or gift extremely special.
Just Add Embroidery offers quick turnaround on all 'embroiderable' products, whether you purchase through the shop or bring something from home. Therese and her team are ready to bring your creative ideas to fruition. In-house embroidering machines are top-of-the line, right at the back of the shop.

I had the best experience with this shop. I’ll be returning for everything! The lead time was originally 1-2 weeks but the owner really did me a huge favor in speeding up my order when we found out our baby was coming weeks early. She was very polite, skilled, and the shop was comfortable with her beautiful dogs greeting customers.
The work is impeccable, inexpensive, and quick. It’s one of the only shops in the area that takes in personal items to embroider.

Amazing customer service! I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but knowing it had to be special and unique for an engagement present. The owner, Therese, walked me through the choices and it came out way better than expected! I'm going back to have some items monogrammed for my house. 10/10 recommend

I absolutely love this place! I am a small etsy business owner and wanted to take my dog collars to the next level with embroidered names! The owner was so accommodating and gladly walked me through the entire process! She is always so patient, kind, and helpful when I stop in! I'm so glad I've found a place so awesome. My collars look fantastic and I could not be a happier customer!!

This place does fantastic work and the employees (especially the owner) provided me with excellent customer service! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely fashion. I had a terrible experience with the owner of this shop. I wanted to get handkerchiefs embroidered for my dad and father in law for my wedding. I was quoted a range of pricing that I thought was reasonable. When I went to pick them up, the price jumped significantly because she said the work was more difficult than she had expected. I didn’t want to pay that price and asked for my handkerchiefs back. She refused to return them to me (I had bought them previously and brought them to her shop). I ended up having to pay what she wanted in order to get my property back. Extremely disappointing. Very

I recently stopped in for a small embroidery job. The owner was extremely helpful. She shared her computer screen so I could look at the pattern being developed and then ran a couple test jobs through so I could review them. Excellent customer service and very friendly.
Use this place instead of the Embroidery Express at the Kenwood Mall. The person that works there looks like she didn't want to be there or someone just ran over her cat....the exact opposite experience
