Huerta Law Firm opened its doors in 2005. Mr. Huerta was born and raised in El Paso. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso for his undergraduate studies and went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin's School of Law. Founder Jonathan Huerta was born and raised in El Paso. In 2005, Mr. Huerta returned to El Paso to establish the Huerta Law Firm.
Mr. Jonathan Huerta was born in El Paso in 1978. He was raised in Central El Paso, graduating from Stephen F. Austin High School in 1996. After graduating, he decided to attend the University of Texas at El Paso, where he remained on the Dean's List until graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

I hired him a year and a half ago and I’m still waiting for him to call me back. My court date was on Tuesday, he showed up at the last minute and I didn’t get a chance to ask and receive clear answers to my questions before going in front of the judge. He was very frustrated that I didn’t understand what he was saying when he bombarded me with tons of important information a few minutes before I had to make a decision infront of the judge. Don't even bother. Called them to book a consultation. Scheduled one for 3:00 and no call back. Called them back to see what was going on and were very nice and "accommodating'" saying that they'll can call me back and I am till this moment, I am still waiting. You are likely reading this at whatever time you are reading and I can assure you that I am STILL waiting for a callback. Please. Try somewhere else. They probably have a very high case load and don't have time for your petty cases.

100% do not recommend. When I would call the office they would say "he's in a meeting," all the time, until one day I told them I had an appointment and they immediately let me speak to him after telling me he wasn't there. They closed our case without letting us know, we never got any answers to anything, and the reception staff is beyond rude.

Mr. Huerta is an A+ attorney! I was in trouble and Mr. Huerta always reassured me that I was going to be in good shape and actually, the outcome that he was fighting for was even better than we both expected!
