These folks went out of their way to get me what I wanted, and gave me the hands down best deal I could find. I can't say enough good about them. I'd highly recommend them, and would go back there. They helped my wife hook up trailer and showed her how everything works as well as went over everything with her. Excellent!

I would like to say the parts fellow Kevin and the service gal Ashley go above and beyond the average expectations of these kind of workers.I have dealt with both of them ,not even buying a trailer from them and they went out of their way to help me .Im in the market for a new trailer but have not dealt with the sales staff,just wish they were a little closer to new york .Thanks again and hope to do business in the future...AAA+ Jim

Horrible experience at both places they never even fixed the problem that I was having with my 387 peterbilt spent a week up there. They charged me over $4,000.00 for a repair that I didn't need. Technicians does not know anything about a Cummins motor. Had to pay bill to drive my truck all the way home like that. Only to find out at Fleet Maintenance of Akron, Oh. That the problem was a egr hose on the back side of motor. Hose $32.40, clamps $17.20, cleaner & shop supplies $14.99 get this labor was $520.00 bill was $584.59.....lucky's bill was$3912.05 and they didn't fix the original problem that

We had a 40' trailer delivered when we were moving from one house to another and the ability to do some work on the new house and then make careful decisions regarding furniture and household furnishings was so valuable. All of our things remained is perfect condidition over the 6 month period of storage. Very satisfied and Lucky's staff made everything easy for us. Thanks!!
