I’m a newbie!! Meant with Alexis and she is awesome!! Very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve always wanted to get a chemical peel. I’m super excited to see the end results in the next few days!!!

I don't know where to start I love this spa!!!! Today I went in for my very first massage experience and had the blessing to have Kelly, she is hands down a wonderful, beautiful spirit person..its a clean environment, greeted upon entrance. If your looking for more than a massage experience but a overall relaxing experience. I'd highly recommend pooler day spa. I went in stressed, body aches. And I left clear minded free spirit, body felt like I was back in my 20's. I definitely will be coming alot more. Every woman or man deserves some free time and body to feel good which makes you feel good

Absolutely love this place, every time I go to get a massage they are so helpful and helping me pick out which massage I would like and the massages themselves are very nice. I always go for a therapeutic because I have very bad shoulders and I feel so good when I come out of those! Another thing I love is that I always feel very comfortable going in there, I have anxiety so they make me feel very welcome and calm.

**Update to review below. To not lose out on the entire gift card I accepted a 90-minute massage. My therapist was absolutely fantastic! She got out all of the knots in my back and shoulders (some over 5 years old that other people were not able to get). Sydney gets 10/5 stars! I have added 3 more stars because of how amazing Sydney was.
My fiance bought me a $240 gift card for my birthday in 2020. Covid happened, life went into chaos and lock down for a year. During all of this I did not think that a non-essential massage was supposed to be top priority. I was told that the gift card expired

As a first time Customer I was definitely nervous but that quickly changed by being welcomed by Alexis Brock. Her amazing conversation and cheerful spirit she had me in love with her services from makeup to waxing. She definitely took her time and had a lot of patience with me the waxing was not as bad as I thought I beyond thrilled to know how quickly it was over I want to personally say Thank You keep up the good work you a very talented I love the atmosphere and vibes very neat, clean and professional I definitely will book again overall rating 10 stars for me

If you want lashes then you NEED to see Sheena!! I can’t go anywhere without getting complimented on how pretty my eyes are! And the best part….they last longer than any extensions I’ve ever gotten in the past!! Hands down BEST decision I ever made!

I’ve never had a massage where I left thinking “I must come back” but Kelly has completely changed that for me! I always leave feeling relaxed and reset plus her aromatherapy choices are spot on. She maintains great pressure too! Now I’m regularly seeing her and making it a priority to set aside time for myself. Thank you Kelly, you’re amazing! I had an amazing first experience with Sheena. She took care of me from the first point of contact. She responded to my message immediately and delivered exceptional customer service. She was prompt for my appointment time and gave me exactly what I requested. She took the time to listen to my specific needs and she delivered. Love her!! Now I’m an established client. Pooler Day Spa is my favorite spa! Staff is always nice and professional! I love the ambiance and the organic products that they use. Kiah does my facials and she is the best she so knowledgeable and very sweet! I love it!

Had my first dermaplane procedure with Jenna. She was very polite and conversed when we could and all the questions I asked were answered. She even took a brief moment to relate with me. Definitely will be going back. Also their display of products was very surprising being more on the holistic side and right up my alley as well as essential oils

This place is the best spa in the pooler area. The girls are always nice and welcoming. Lexus IS really awesome. She always make the experience so nice, fun, and relaxing. She's clean precise and really down to earth. She is everything you want In an esthetician especially for your monthly wax and facials. I definitely recommend.

Myself and 2 friends came here to celebrate a birthday and WOW!!!! They even had birthday cupcakes waiting for us! Sydney & Lexus were more than amazing! They were experienced and informative, gave excellent recommendations on products. The overall ambiance of the day spa was superb. It had cute decor, was trendy and eco-friendly! Although two of us live out of state we will be back! The facials we received left our skin feeling softer than a baby's backside! Thank you so much to all of the staff, we were very impressed!

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great! I highly recommend Charlie. I recently received a massage from her. The pressure was great. She had an extensive amount of knowledge in her skill craft with the my current injuries

Best massage of my life with Charlie! She will be my therapist for life. Amazing at getting out all those stress knots. Uses just the right amount of pressure. Charlie is amazing. Make sure you ask for her.

I'm an esthetician from California, so visiting spas for a skincare service is usually a "Why are you doing that to my skin/why didn't you ask me safety questions before putting that on my face? Please stop." kind of experience for me. I'm a real stickler for the rules and cleanliness of the trade. So, my hopes weren't too high going in to Milan. My first visit was really pleasant. Nice enough for me to return. It's a very clean and friendly environment.
