I am blessed with having an incredible staff to lead at SHH and do my best to inspire the team to be better today than they were yesterday. I have a great passion for smooth transitions for patients as they move between facilities and acted on that passion by chairing the community action group in Washington County called Community Care Transitions Team.
I am very pleased that I chose Shanadoa home Health. Their commitment to client care and integrity of their staff make families of loved ones completely at ease knowing that they are being looked after the way a family member would look after them. In essence, I am happy to say that Shanadoa are our "extended family."
The patient must be essentially homebound, meaning trips away from the home must be infrequent or of short duration. Medicare does allow trips outside of the home for religious services and medical treatment. Care must be intermittent (part time), medically necessary, and ordered/approved by your physician.
Each year, more than 20,000 Oklahomans receive services through the AdVantage Program. This program is provided by the Home and Community-Based Services division of the Oklahoma State Department of Health. These Medicaid services help people stay in their home instead of going into a nursing home. The program assists frail elders and adults who have physical disabilities.

My mother needs help with house work I'll shannondoah sends a woman named debra Ford who comes twice a week. She loads the laundry and the dish washer and vacs the.living room carpet. Thats about all she will do the rest of her time she talks on her phone. If she puts dishs away they are in the wrong place so that makes it more fun when trying to prepair food. Oh ive seen her use the Dish water in the kitchen sink for mopping. Mothers personal bathroom is filthy. There is no other word to descrbe it. Mom asked her once if she would go over the leather sofa with leather cleaner, and Debra asked

I called for a business matter and asked for the owner. Not expecting to get her (my sales call being one most owners receive constantly), I was pleasantly surprised to not only speak with her (she didn't know who I was), but that she was kind, polite, and generous of her time. I have not used their service, but when I eventually need their service they are on top of my list. If the style of management trickles down, then I've no doubt the staff must be friendly and caring.
