Ii was hit by a negligent driver hard enough that part of the frame of my car had to be cut out and a new piece welded in. If the car had been older, it would have been totaled. I got in a severe car accident sitting in a parked car outside my mother’s home. A woman from that neighborhood who was preaching the word of god to my brothers was killed standing in front of the vehicle I sat in. After I got out the hospital and was able to calm my nerves I call 1800-411-pain (NEVER AGAIN!!!!) they referred me to this office which was terrible. The lawyer never contacted me with any leads in my case. I found myself calling their office more than they called me. My case went on for about 2yrs before I could receive a settlement. When I finally got a check it was broken down
