I'm giving them 5 stars because the lobster rolls are amazing! They're seasoned perfectly not over cooked warm and they melt in your mouth. My brothers overstuffed sub was very fresh and the size of them reminded him of the East Coast. Over all I will be returning to this location. Go support small businesses!

Chef Brad earned his stripes in top kitchens across the Ocean City and Baltimore, MD. Previous executive chef at The Arrowhead Alpine Club Yurt as well as sous chef at Red Sky and Zach's Cabin.

Food is great but the young dark haired worked that runs the register was EXTREMELY rude BOTH times we ate here during our trip. We are part-time residents in the area with a lot of people that come to visit. We would LOVE to have been able to recommend this nice spot to friends, but would never want anyone to be treated or looked at the way we were. This young lady has some real growing up to do and I suggest to the owner that you think long and hard about having her be the first face people see when they come into your establishment. Ice. Cold.

Recently stopped in to grab a light lunch before heading out on the boat, and we absolutely loved our selections. I got the chicken salad sandwich, and all I can say is I've been craving it every day since.
I convinced our office meeting lunch coordinator to get Boardroom Deli and everyone loved their meals. This time I got the tuna salad sandwich, and absolutely loved it too (and let me say, I'm usually very picky about * salad sandwiches... too much mayo most places... but both recent times it was perfect). A salad for the group was also ordered, and I'm not sure what dressing

After a horrible experience at Cafe 163 we stopped here for lunch. The staff was so friendly as we walked in. Our sandwiches came out in minutes and they were delicious. My fiancé said "best ruben ever!" They really turned our day around. Thank you for the friendly, fast, delicious lunch! We'll be back!

Wow, very impressed with this sweet little sandwich stop in Edwards! So glad we stopped here on our way through from Denver to Moab. I love it when I find a great place that I want to remember to stop at again when passing through. I don't remember the official names of sandwiches off the menu but I ordered the crab cake sandwich on gluten free bread - seriously so good! The bread was actually soft and delicious. My hubby got the Reuben sandwich and said it was better than the one he gets at his favorite deli! Our two teenage boys got the spicy chicken wrap and they said it was very good.

This is one of the best local sandwich restaurants in the valley. One of those places that all the locals talk about. I have had a number of different sandwiches and they are all fantastic.
Great location, fantastic home made food, and really friendly staff make this a locals favorite. Easy 5 star pick.

We stopped for lunch and was thrilled with the service, staff, quality of food, and cleanliness of the deli and bathrooms. The French dip sandwich was freshly made, plentiful, and delicious! My "Rose Bowl" sandwich was a shrimp salad creation on deliciously toasted sourdough bread. I could have eaten only half the sandwich and been satisfied but as we were traveling I knew I could not keep the other half sandwich for later so I had to relish the whole thing! There is a large selection of sandwiches, soups and salads on the menu. The outdoor tables were lovely and the deli is located

We had a very good experience at Boardroom Market and Deli for a quick lunch after a morning of hiking. We had the tuna sandwich, veggie sandwich and Caesar salad. All were terrific. The order taker is very enthusiastic and helpful. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and glad that you stopped in. Service is touchless using a card reader on the customer's side of the counter. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.
The food was made quickly but clearly with care. Both sandwiches were packed with great ingredients. No skimping here. Highly recommended for a quality lunch.

My sandwich (their version of the club) was so obviously made with tender loving care of fresh sliced high end meats and cheese. Brad the bartender was extremely professional while also being super down to earth and approachable. Too bad I'm only visiting or I'd be down here weekly! Tried both drink specials, and the orange crush was delicious although the pineapple wasn't bad either
