Briarwood Manor is an assisted living facility in Lockport, NY. Our family-owned business offers more than 40 years and three generations of experience in elderly care. Our friendly, caring staff creates a loving, warm atmosphere for residents and visitors. Briarwood Manor is a licensed Assisted Living Program (ALP) and is regulated by the Department of Health.

You are able to keep your community physician. If you don't have one or do not want to keep your community physician, we have a physician on site who will accept new patients if you so desire. Our rate is an all- inclusive rate. Meaning, meals, laundry services, linens, housekeeping and furniture are all part of your daily rate.

The assistant administrator is not the right person for the position he holds. He is to assist families in their newfound journey by overseeing his subordinates who have contact with the resident and their very shaken families as they take the journey along with their family member. Many times this Member's entry into the world of group living is for the first time, so it is an emotional time for all those on the incoming end. My first-hand dealings with this individual could be considered unbelievably poor, to the point that it could reach, in my opinion, outrageously deplorable. He apparently
