I bought 3 mattress, I wasn’t pleased with one of them after I took it home, it felt different from the one I tried in the store, they couldn’t do anything about it. I told the guy i didn’t know anything about mattress’ and bought basically based on how the sample felt in the store and his recommendation, he quickly got defensive instead of trying to help.
I asked if they could call the manufacturer and he said he would try but honestly I never called back anymore to see if anything could be done because I was already turned off by the service.
You might as well spend the extra 300/400

I looked at several mattresses before coming to this store. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Miguel provided excellent advice. I chose a firm mattress that was delivered the next morning. Fair price, cheaper than other places and great quality. I would definitely come back if we need another mattress someday!

He took full responsibility and allowed us to pick a more expensive alternative at no additional cost due the mistake. Very professional response! One of the best experiences I had as far as customer service. Miguel provided a friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable about the different products in regards to the mattress world.
