I went online to find tech support for an Alexa product and received a call back from a tech support located in California. I am in Canada. After allowing this tech to access my computer I grew uneasy that I had been duped. Long story short I was taken for 136$ Canadian with no tangible proof that I had received anything. The product still doesn't work. The funds taken from my credit card originated from this company in Texas. Is it even real?? I request my money back by a check since the card has since been cancelled. Awaiting a reply.

I was certain I would have to purchase additional equipment to solve my problem, but with one call to NETGEAR I was connected to a group of problem solvers! I knew my computer had a problem, but did not know the extent of the problem until they so professionally showed me. They did not "hard sell" me the software that I needed...just explained and showed me the problem and the solution. I am very happy right now, and hope to enjoy my "new" computer for several more years.
