Owning real estate is one of the most precious values of freedom in this country. You want the assurance that the property you are buying will be yours. Other than your mortgage holder, no one else should have any claims or restrictions against your home. When you purchase your home, how can you be sure that there are no problems with the home's title and that the seller really owns the property?
Commercial title insurance offers commercial property buyers, lenders and others protection against losses from certain title issues, provided through responsive title underwriting, closing and recording services on simple to the most complex commercial transactions. Our electronically linked framework of real estate professionals offers the most extensive title and escrow service and expertise available.
Through its nationwide network of direct operations and agents, FNTIC provides title insurance, underwriting, escrow and closing services to residential, commercial and industrial clients, lenders, developers, attorneys, real estate professionals and consumers. Old Republic Title is one of the largest title insurance groups in the United States.
Real estate has such great value and is so basic a form of wealth that many special laws have been enacted for its protection. As a result, the owner of land has exceedingly strong rights. Not at all. A "deed" is merely an instrument whereby a seller transfers his or her right of ownership, whatever it may be, to you.

We have used Mosley's Title Company for years and have experienced nothing but a fair, honest, courteous and professional environment. We have closed several deals personally and through business with Lance. My family and I can attest that this is the place to go for title services if you want it done professionally and done right.

Lance screwed up paper work and when he realized how bad he messed up, he completely ignored my mom and screwed her over where she was being sued because of his mistake, and rather than trying to make up for it and do the right thing, he ran with his tail between his legs. Refused to return or take phone calls. I am very disappointed in how he handled things and treated my mom. I just thought people should be aware. You really should be ashamed of yourself Lance. Saw one site that said "Best attorneys of 2017" with him in it. Guess that ended in 2018. You take a job, you do it to the best of your

I have been trying to close on my grandmother's property, but there was apparently a problem with the succession paperwork. I could never get a call back from Julie to tell me what the problem was. Called twice today only to be told she didn't have time to talk to me. On the 3rd call I was lucky enough to get someone other than the receptionist who told me what the problem was, a very easy fix, but is going to delay closing since paperwork has to be sent out of state. Unacceptable!!!!

Two years after my closing I found that there There was a clerical error on my deed and paperwork. The error caused a mixup at the parish tax office. Now two months later I'm still trying to get the taxes straight at the Caddo tax assesor's office and also at my mortgage company. This has been a big headache for me and it shouldn't have happened. The company did fix the error but gave a lot of excuses and didn't go out of their way to apologize of help me with other issues the error caused.
