Through a variety of modalities, including Holistic Soul Coaching, Energy Healing, Expressive Arts, and Somatic Psychology, I help women access their innate inner guidance, clarify what their body, heart, and soul need, and release the emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks/trauma/pain that are in the way of them living their most vibrant life.

Iona has a wonderfully healing touch, relaxing but effective technique, and a great source of knowledge and wisdom. I have gone to her myself for massages, and she also worked on my baby when he was a newborn. When he was first born he couldn't open his mouth very wide, and Iona worked her magic with craniosacral massage, relaxing his mouth muscles to latch better. Can not recommend enough!

I brought my 7-week-old son in for a Craniosacral session with Iona after his tongue tie frenectomy. After just one session, I noticed he was more calm, sleep came easier, and he latched better, easier. The tension he held in his jaw and neck since birth just melted away! And he was so relaxed that he nearly fell asleep during the last part of our session. Iona is a pleasure to work with and I am so pleased to have such skilled, caring hands to help my son!

Iona Jones is my choice massage therapist and life coach. I first attended a Snuggle Sanctuary with her and learned all about consent, asking for it and giving it, or NOT giving it. Her passion for helping people become more authentically themselves shines through in everything she does. She holds space to have real conversations and get vulnerable with self and others. She is extremely gifted as a facilitator and healer for transformation in self and community.
