I was in the Credit Union today to take care of some money transactions. It is so refreshing to walk in and be greeted. Christie always recognizes me and calls me by name. I routinely use the lobby as I enjoy seeing and visiting with the tellers and receptionist. What a GREAT job you all do in serving your customers!

I had an issue with my account log-in (one of my own making!) and Martha helped me until it was solved. She never gave a hint of exasperation or impatience. I appreciated her courtesy and upbeat approach. She was also quick to give Morgan credit for helping behind the scenes. The camaraderie and atmosphere at the credit union makes it one of those pleasant places to be when you've got a problem you need help with. WCCU is a great place!

Wscu is a relic of the past. Customer service is average at best and the process of accomplishing anything with regard to account services (obtaining loan rates, change of address, communication regarding their policies, etcetera) is so antiquated, I will be astonished if they stay in business as their current service base ages.
Everything is done with pen and paper making even the simplest of tasks inconvenient and annoying.
