In 2020 we installed Ultraviolet (UVC) Air Purifiers into the HVAC system ".to destroy bioaerosols [particles such as SARS and flu viruses] in the flowing air stream as it passes" by the UVC lamps located in the supply ducts for every air exchange inside Downtown Grocery.

I would give this a five but since this was my first time there, I don't know how they do things. I had two of their big paper bags full and one was especially heavy. I thought they would help me get them to the car. I'm 71 and could not have handled two at a time. These paper bags did not have handles either. No staff offered to help. So I put the bags in the cart then had to manipulate the cart through one door into an entry way and then through the next door to the sidewalk. Then down the curb to my car across the street. Of course I had to bring the cart back and manipulate it again through

I called this grocery from Brunswick Landing to ask about provisions and was told I could find what I needed. What they have there is limited to snack items and some alcohol. We were very uncomfortable inside and outside of this business. Called Uber and went to Winn Dixie. I would definitely not recommend!
