Teddy Bear Day Care's behavior guidance policies are designed to facilitate the enhancement of self-esteem and potential in young children and also to reflect our belief in the educational nature of our work. Social skills and the desire to get along with others evolve through an educational process similar to that of learning about science or math.
Our curriculum is based on the basic belief that children should be actively involved in the learning process and that learning experiences are continuous. Teddy Bear Day Care offers a multi-sensory developmental approach in our curriculum. The curriculum has been designed to stimulate the senses of sight, touch, hearing, smell and taste for all ages of children, while being appropriate to each child's stage of development.
Teddy Bear Day care provides a sequential learning program designed by the Executive Director and adapted by licensed teachers to meet the individual needs of each child. We offer structured and unstructured creative activities in small and large groups. All activities are developmentally-appropriate.
Teddy Bear Day Care, a licensed Child Care center, providing care to Children 6 weeks to 10 years, is alwalys seeking highly motivated, creative, reliable teachers. Lead teachers must have an Education degree or CDA and complete 20 hours of professional development each year. Assistant teachers must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED and complete required training annually.

Please don't send your precious children here. I was told my child would be driven to her bus stop in a large van equipped with car seats and boosters when we signed her up. I specifically told them my child was still in a five point safety harness. Only to find out by my child and another mother at the bus stop they have been using an employees personal small car and placed my daughter up from with NO car seat and NO booster. Since the beginning of the school year! And the daycare van has not been working since last year! Took me 24 hours to get a call back from the owner who is always
