Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Gary Motykie is the Medical Director and Owner of Motykie Med Spa. Dr. Motykie earned his undergraduate degree in the challenging field of Bio-Medical engineering. During this time, Dr. Motykie was involved with advanced medical research projects, which included studying artificial organs, prosthetic limbs and the neurophysiology of the brain.

I flew all the way here from Las Vegas, booked a room at the Waldorf, went to motykie in the afternoon to tell me they do not do neck botox for trapezius muscle: the office confirmed with Sarah that she can perform this treatment before I came here. Wasn't even upset with their major f up! I asked for my deposit back, which is mandatory upon placing your appointment. They gave me by money back then decided to void my refund. They told me to call back with proof! Are you Frwaking kidding me ???? It's your own protocol and policy to take a deposit that goes towards treatment LOL. They are

I am so pleased to write this review. I have been to several different spas in the BH/Weho area and absolutely none can compare to the excellent service of the Motykie spa. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind. Andy is always so efficient. Nina is literally the best facialist on the planet, in my opinion. She goes slow building up lips to avoid the fake scary look.
Super natural & slightly bigger enhancement just how I wanted them. Love wearing lipstick now ;)
She's also sucha sweetie & very helpful/ honest w her opinion for what she feels would be best for each client.
The med spa is also very clean, spacious, & plenty of meter street parking or valet.

I got my brows done with Rona and I'm obsessed!! She's very talented, honest and super sweet. I got so much complements from people that I met. It looks super natural and real! If you want to change your life, get your brows microbladed by Rona!!! She is THE BEST!!! She num you completely, so you might fall asleep during the session! haha (well... I always do). I love Neekan. I followed her from the last place she worked because she does the best fillers. The first time I went in to plump up my lower lip and she made a bunch of suggestions about filling the upper lip, the sides of the lips (to turn up a frown), and filling the marionette lines. I said yes to everything she said and just...wow. I looked SO much younger and my lips were so pretty. I got so many complements but people couldn't figure out what I did because it was so subtle. A sweet young woman took care of me, I told her I was on a tight budget so when she told me "Dysport is a great option and today we have a special deal $7.00 a unit", it took very little time for the procedure and because I trusted her, I really thought it was worth the try ! When it was finished she told me it was $215.00... A little steep for me, but I went with it ! I just discovered that the $100.00 deposit that you must pay for your appointment was not deducted from the $215.00 and when I called them they said my treatment was

I came for botox and neekan persuaded me to do kybella in my face and botched my face. She told me it would help my marionette lines. I didn't marionette lines and no one uses it for that. She gave me a good deal and made it sound like it's nothing. No one does this!! I have nerve damage too.
When dr finally came to see me he suggested steroids. It finished me off. There is nothing I can do to fix this ever!!
They've deleted my posts.

I have been slowly building my lips with Neekan for two years now. And I still agree with everything I said in my initial review. I fully trust Neekan with not only the finished product of my image but also trust that I will be taken care of every time I get my lips or forehead Botox touched up.
The last time I got a touch up was January and now, 10 months later they are still very plump and shapely and looking very hydrated as you can see in the second two photos! I may try to get a touch up before the holidays but I don't think I'll need it yet.

This review is long overdue for my microblading experience with Rona! She is a miracle worker with brows to say the least. Being in my late 30's, my brows were starting to slightly drop making me look a little tired. I also didn't love the shape of my arches. Rona filled in my existing brows but also lifted the arch in a natural way that opened my eyes making me look a few years younger.
This was my first experience with microblading and I can't imagine trusting anyone else. I am over a year out from my initial session and Rona's precision hair strokes are still holding

Walked into this beautiful and tranquil establishment with an appointment for lip fillers. I booked with Neekan because I've seen her work and love it. I recommend booking in advance as spots do fill up. Upon meeting her I instantly felt at ease. She has a warm and friendly personality and is extremely knowledgeable about her field. What can I say about Neekan that hasn't been said already? She is such an artist and really takes her time with each procedure. I pretty much have no top lip, but my before/after speaks for itself!

I went to Pawnta for lip fillers & after spending about $4,000. She blew me off when I wanted them "more subtle" & since she's a sub contractor at Motykie- I was S.O.L. & had to have Dr.Ben Talei fix them. I've included a photo of how ridiculous they looked after they even had "calmed down"
I strongly feel Dr. Motykie should have stood behind his name & either fixed them himself or they should refund my money.

I made another appointment to see Neekan because I was not happy with the outcome of my lip fillers done on my first visit. I have some scarring on my upper lip which I wanted filled in to match the rest of my lip. I really should have just seen Neekan from the start, but it all turned out perfectly.
I had to have two visits with her, one to dissolve the prior filler and then in 2 weeks to refill.
Let me say first that she is such an awesome human being! So kind, caring, and genuine! To say she is good

I had some botox, fillers and Kybella done and couldn't be happier. They recommended and proceeded with a conservative treatment plan but the results were still impactful. I recently lost a good amount of weight and this helped correct some of the issues that resulted (loss of volume, slight droopy look). The plan now -- which I'm thrilled about -- is to slowly address these negative effects in tandem with the continued weight loss. Brittany and Shinay are amazing! Go see them!

Motykie Med Spa was an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk is extremely friendly, the treatment providers are very knowledgeable and the changes in my skin speaks for itself! I went from dry, pigmented, and acnaic skin to clear, even, smooth and hydrated skin in just a few months of regular facials and chemical peels. They did what they said they were going to do: "Give me beautiful, youthful skin" and I couldn't be happier!
