Services
North West Home Care was founded by a nurse with a dream. In 2008, Loreen Osborne started the company with a single-minded mission to provide excellent home care. She understood what it truly meant to be a caregiver, and how to provide life-changing medical and emotional support. Above all, she wanted to create a family company that was known for serving other families around Montana when they needed it most.
North West Home Care was founded by people who understand quality in-home care and what it really means to be a caregiver. Our goal is to provide a realistic level of independence to the individuals we serve. With experience, training and knowledge as a guide, our home care providers understand how to make every day a good day.
North West Home Care is always looking for conscientious, dependable people to join our team of caregivers and home care professionals. We are seeking career-minded individuals who are committed to providing caring and comprehensive home care services to residents in Montana. We offer a supportive environment that allows home care professionals to use their education and experience to serve those who are most in need.

I love working for NWHC. The staff is focused on helping the community, whether that means taking care of the Caregivers or the clients. So much has changed with this company over the last few years. Coming to work every day, I get to feel like I have helped and made a difference in someone's life. And the staff is ALWAYS there to answer any questions I might have. I truly feel like this company cares not only for the people needing assistance but for the people providing care as well. Fantastic place to work!!

NorthWest Home Care in Missoula has provided excellent care for my brother for the last almost two years. The agency's costs have been reasonable; its care, attentive and responsible; and its communication with me, with medical personnel, and with others impacting my brother's life, has been thorough.
NorthWest began care for my brother in the immediate aftermath of a difficult situation which the resourcefulness of the agency's caregiver manager, Suzanne Turner, had helped to resolve. Since then, Suzanne's good judgement and the diligence of individual caregivers has been invaluable toward the

The owners of the company were extremely committed to finding great care-givers for our needs and found a great fit for our family. The NWHC staff have blended into our home seamlessly, providing great care without ever feeling like a stranger in our home. They made a difficult situation more bearable, and we couldn't be more thankful.

NWHC has gone above and beyond to find us home nurses that are well-informed of our son’s medical needs, dedicated to supporting him and our family as a whole, and a great fit for our family dynamic. We couldn’t survive without them and are so grateful for all the help the agency has provided along the way.

Until recently I was an employee here. While I enjoyed the clients I worked with I could not get the hours I needed. I would ask repeatedly for more hours only to discover I was given less. At the same time I discovered that several people were given close to 80 hours a week and felt this was due to their direct friendship with the schedule maker. Clients are supposed to receive the caregivers they ask for, but in the case of one such client she specifically asked for two providers to be her primaries and a nurse to be her third and made it very clear she did not want one of the other caregivers

My wife was a care giver for Northwest until recently. They changed management at the Helena office and she was one of several who were let go. Several other providers have chose to leave to avoid being let go. The new management preaches about clients getting the proper care but because of the way things are going they can no longer get the care they need. Her quest to make a name for her self in this business is hurting the clients more than any one else. Do your loved ones a favor and find another homecare service to provide them with care.
