Nancy at top auto is the best! She explains everything you need done but don't push on you what is not needed.the mechanic is great at his job an gets it done quickly and makes sure the car is safe to drive. I have been going to Top Auto Repair for a few years and they are the only place I feel is reasonable rate, great work and trustworthy. Give them a try you will be glad you did!

Amazing team of professionals in house ready to take charge to help diagnose the issue! Turns out was a simple fix that easily could have been over charged else where. After being misdiagnosed else where and explained to Tim what was told prior his team jumped in and fixed and corrected the issue right away. Had an amazing feeling walking in with my Brother's Land cruiser instead of huge bill walked out with a beyond favorable one instead with a smile and hand shakes all around for the amazing team here! The staff was amazing to work with. In a pinch, they went out of their way to help me by staying late when I had been delayed waiting on the tow truck. They were clear about the process, explained everything thoroughly on the phone and even searched and offered choices on parts to use so I had the opportunity to keep the cost down. I priced from the dealership and found that Top Auto, even using 50% of the parts from the dealership, was still several hundred cheaper for overall parts and the labor was also several hundred less. Great business and I will continue to refer my friends there.

KRIS and nancy were very helpful at this location I'm very impressed with her business communication and the price if you're looking for a fair company to work with this would be definitely the company to go to I found them on Google and this is the best way that anyone in my mind can find a company with honest reviews and integrity. I thought I had a problem with the water pump or water hoses and ended up being a small little piece where the leak was. Also the locks cause some problems we decided it was gonna be costly to even try to find out what the problem was.

Honestly - the only car people I have ever trusted. As a single mom, I'm always worried about being taken for a fool - but Nancy and the guys at top auto are incredible. Even in the beginning when I price shopped every service, they were always most fairly priced. Since then, they have more than earned my trust.

So recently I noticed a thumping noise as I was driving, like a helicopter hovering above me as I'm cruising. I assumed it was a rotor problem. I reached out for recommendations on a good mechanic from friends which led me here. They were right! Checking in car, Nancy at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. Great experience here! We were in from out of town and had trouble on the road, requested an estimate on Yelp, got a message back promptly. I called and talked to Nancy, and I could tell right away they're the kind of family-based, no-nonsense, old-school people I prefer to deal with. Even though their rough estimate was more than $100 higher than I heard from others, I decided to go there. Imagine my surprise when the fix was much simpler than I thought it would be. Only charged me for an hour of labor...no shenanigans! Highly recommend

I used my trusty Yelp app to find Top Auto Repair. The low beam light burned out in my 2009 Nissan Altima & being new to the area, I was eager to find a local trustworthy mechanic. For good measure, I called the Nissan dealership and they quoted me over $100 for the replacement, including labor. Cringing at that price tag, I hopped onto Yelp and searched for local auto mechanics. Yelp has an awesome feature where you can send a message to request a quote for car repair directly to the car shop. I tossed my message out to 5 shops and Nancy (Top Auto Repair's manager) responded promptly

I was introduced to Tim, at Top Auto, in 1989 when I moved to Orlando. I had a not to old - for the time - Volkswagen Jetta and when I needed service my landlord took me there. From that day on I have been a Top Auto customer. Tim is not only my mechanic but he treats me almost as a friend. During those 25+ years I had many vehicles and Tim took care of all of them. I never had a problem, whatsoever. I find hard to believe that someone could be unhappy with their work and consideration for the customers.

Three of my friends highly recommended Top Auto when I needed some work done on my car. As a young woman, I always feel ripped off after I leave the car place, but my friends assured me that this place would treat me well.
