I've lived here for almost three years, the property value is about to skyrocket with all the new development, it's quiet, well built, and a place I would like to call home for a long time. The property management isn't the best but that doesn't detract from the charm of living next to one of the best breweries in Wisconsin (Lakefront), or living in an understated area with access to more social areas.
