On your first visit to Barnett Chiropractic and Massage Center, take advantage of an evaluation and consultation, plus a FREE treatment, all in one $55 appointment! At other offices in Groton it would cost $55 (or more) for just your evaluation, and treatment would be another $55 (or more). We also offer discounted packages for as low as $40 a visit, as well as monthly payment plans!

I was on vacation and woke up with severe neck pain to the point my vision was blurred and I felt feverish. I called up and was able to get an appointment. Dr Bruno examined me and was able to adjust me using an activator and I felt instant relief. Again I want to thank Dr Bruno for making time for me at the last minute and stabilizing the issue.

I have dealt with back issues and chronic sciatic pain for years and have been to multiple chiropractors and physical therapists. I never found real relief and my primary care doctor recommended that I try deep tissue massage. I Googled massage places in my area and happened upon Dr. Barnett’s office. They took my insurance so I gave it a try. It’s only been a few months and I am finally without pain for the first time in years. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’m so thankful to have found them.

One of the greatest rewards a doctor could receive is a compliment of "doctor, you've cured me" and "doctor, I am healed" Both of these happened to me with Barnett Chiropractic and Massage. Doctor Bob and Joe using a combination of chiropractic techniques and direct muscular massage were able to fix a chronic condition I have suffered for a long time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barnett Chiropractic. I was here for work for four months and I saw Dr. Bob, Joe and Kennedy for around 3 months and it was the best thing I’ve done for my body in years. Dr. Bob helped my “text neck” posture and Joe really increased my range of motion in my shoulders and hip.
Any correspondence I had to make regarding appointments or questions about billing or pricing, would go through Franny, the office manager. Franny was the nicest, most patient person ever (I was late and also has to cancel a couple of times).
