There was one teacher I witnessed yanked a little girl up by her arm who was laying down on her cot but because she was faced up the teacher had a problem and walked rapidly to her and yanked her up to turn her over..the teacher did not know I was in the room, I did say a few un nice words to her and let the director know as well.
The director and his sister are from another country, they are very money hungry and are never accommodating period. There were times due to the weather from the snow storm I could not bring my kids and he still taxed me with a $25.00 late fee although my co
