I cannot recommend this spa enough! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Ruth is so warm and friendly, you feel very welcome the second you walk in. The nurse, Esther, who does my treatment is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job. Also, they have taken all the extra steps for Covid-19 to make you feel safe inside the spa.

I just finished my second, PRP Microneedling and very pleased with my result. Esther does an excellent work, she's very knowledgeable, attentive and will make you feel comfortable. I've been going here for years and get I get facials from Elena! She's the best and I love the way my face feels after. I also just received Kybella. I have never done injections and was really scarred. Nurse Esther calmed my nerves, explained everything that was happening and why! It barely hurt and it was so fast! I wasn’t going to write a review, but I do not like the way they handled my situation. I recently had Botox treatment for approximately $450. Two weeks later there was little to no result so came back for what I thought was a touch up. I had one more area treated and they charged me $650. Then they told me about Black Friday discount which none of this was included for the discount because they told me about it after the treatment! I was never informed that a re-do would cost me. Esther and Ruth here are amazing. Esther has done my Botox before and I was so happy with how it came out. She has gentle hands and knows just what you need based what you tell her, and she does not try to upsell anything! She was more than happy to start smaller and have me come back if I felt I needed more units. Ruth working in the front was kind, patient, and very welcoming. I love this place! It's like a getaway to come here, Ruth is amazing she treats you great and makes you feel right at home, today I got the IV nutrient therapy easy Myers I feel great! I will not ever come here again. I've been a client for over a year. Front desk staff, Pat and Laura were rude to my girlfriend. They spoke in Spanish to each other with rude comments about my girlfriend, not knowing that my girlfriend spoke Spanish. My girlfriend told them both that their comments towards her were rude. This office has changed in a negative way ever since Dani left. I will share this experience with my sisters so they can also not ever come here again. Customer service goes a long way. Got robbed by one of the part owners who s name s Mello . After taking money from me ($10k) as an investment, she pretended she got sick and disappeared. She doesn’t answer calls or messages, her sister which works still at the spa doesn’t want anything to do with it, her husband s giving me the run around every time. My investment supposed to be paid back to me within 3 months, it’s been 8 months and I got nothing. If anyone could help me I would really appreciated it.
