I have been working with State Farm all my adult life, which is several decades. Stephanie and Edward are very knowledgeable, and always answer the many detailed questions I ask. I have confidence that I can trust the information they give me. I particularly like that they contact me every couple of years to see if my insurance needs have changed.

I called the Ed Dunn Agency to help me get a commercial general liability policy and a workman's comp policy. Ed Dunn thought I did not need the workman's comp policy but I insisted since it was for a new customer. Stephanie Flores immediately expedited my wishes and within 24 hours I was able to email both policies to my customer. However Ed Dunn was correct that I did not need the workman's comp policy and Stephanie immediately filed paperwork to have the policy withdrawn. I put the company through many unnecessary hoops. After purchasing my 2019 Toyota Edward Dunn State Farm Agency provided me with insurance recommendations to properly protect my new car. While making sure I was insured correctly they also let me know about all the discounts I qualified for that I didn’t even know existed. I had a very positive experience and appreciated how everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand.
