This place is amazing. I have used many of it's programs. The staff are all very understanding and helpful. You never feel judged or embarrassed. Many people come here and I know one staff in particular that greets everyone by name. That is a person that truly cares. So if you stop in be sure to say hi to Ellie.

This is a fantastic center that can address all of your mental health needs. They have case management, individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatry, and pharmacy. The front desk staff is beyond kind and welcoming. The only negative I can even think of is Terry the RN who really seems like she hates her job. But that's her issue, not yours!

Been coming to Zumbro valley on and off for 10 years. They have always been caring and helpful. They have tons of resources and aren't afraid to offer them up! When I've actively been active in my program within this program I have always came ahead and my life a little brighter. They really do care about the individual! If they do not have the resources then they WILL find you some!! Five stars and more if I could for zumbro valley, mental health!

I was suffering from a pretty bad opiate addiction and I was trying to get into treatment. I had to check myself into a detox center so I came to zumbro valley. It was the worst 3 days of my life I received virtually no care and no attempt was made to help me be somewhat comfortable. I was treated like a criminal I felt like. Anything I asked for to help my withdrawal symptoms was met with a cold judgemental response like I was drug seeking. I have checked myself into 2 detoxs the other one I went to was night and day different. They also did nothing to help me get into the treatment center I was
