Comprehensive interior, exterior and site redevelopment of existing 18,000 square foot structure. Redevelopment includes complete retrofit of all interior and exterior systems. This specialized facility is part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons re-entry program. This historic 48,000 square foot structure required a comprehensive replacement of exterior underlayment, cladding, window systems and roof.
