Center Hill Reality and Chalets has always been wonderful to work with! We have rented the same chalet for the past three years. Definitely the best chalet in all of our 35 + years of renting. Very well maintained and always updated with additional the little extras each year. Already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Holly and Jessica for always being so kind and professional ... we will be back!

We booked directly with Center Hills (Holiday at the Lake Home) and I dont think they knew how the house was. The issue we had was when we arrived the outside dinning light area did not work at all. None of the outside lights worked, only the porch light; thats it. So if you want to have a nice dinner outside forget about it, its pitch black. If you want to bbq at night, forget about it. IF you even want to walk around the patio, forget about it. I had emailed them and the caretaker Rick (who is absolutely amazing and very helpful) came and checked out the issues and really tried his best to fix

We rented one of their chalets (Eagle’s Nest 1) was totally amazing! Gorgeous luxury chalet with amazing views and great amenities including WiFi for the kids, laundry facilities in the unit and more. So, if you’re visiting middle Tennessee I highly recommend giving Center Hill Chalets a call!

We booked our rental the same day we arrived. This was a working trip, that I thought may be more enjoyable in a home, than a hotel. Wrong assumption in this case. Upon arrival I tried to hook up to the internet, to prepare for the next days meetings. No internet. Ok, I guess I unwind with some T.V. NO tv, local cable, dvd, nada! Ok, I will use the beautiful bath tub. Nope seal in the plug is tore, it won't hold water. Send a message to the rental company. They send their repair guy the next day. The repair guy says yep.. tub doesn't hold water. Well replace the seal!! After some persausion from

My family of four spent 5 days/4 nights at the Heavenly Rest chalet. The setup provides privacy when needed but also lots of space for family gathering. The kitchen area is amazing and outfitted with tools better than many homes (e.g. waffle iron, food processor, knife sharpener, cast iron pans)!! There are also two bird feeders on the deck which allow for some cool views, especially of the hummingbirds. This chalet provided us a clean and secluded place for much needed rest and family time. We’ll definitely return in the future.

Every single one of us was blown away as we walked into the home and caught that amazing view to the trees and water! We were equally amazed at how beautiful, spacious and clean the interior of the home was. This was a wonderful vacation to hang out with family and friends, playing pool table, games, or simply enjoying the balcony view together.
Furthermore, Jessica went above-and-beyond by working with me to retrieve some stuff we accidentally left there. These folks are super nice and work very hard to help you out!

The cabin is beautiful. We stayed here at Heavenly Rest. But the service absolutely sucks. Just got here for my stay & the hot tub isn't working. Called them as soon as I got here & noticed. They said they would have the maintenance call me, who never did. Everything now & then I got a few text messages, but no help. They even said he would come out & take a look at it, nothing. On top of that I had two kids get stung by wasps. So I will never stay here again. Especially if I don't get some kind of reimbursement for their hot tub not working & lack of maintenance workers.

What a wonderful place! We had a great time in this peaceful cabin overlooking Center Hill Lake. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings and taking a dip in the hot tub in the evening. It was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate together. Highly recommend--wonderful time. Only wish we could've stayed longer!

My family stayed at Hurricane Haven for 5 nights in October. I was pleased with the reservation process and pre-check-in correspondence, which gave me confidence but unfortunately that level of service ended there. The cabin is appealing with its location and size but it has not been properly maintained, so we found ourselves disappointed overall. There were quite a few things that were broken, stained, and worn out. I notified management of our concerns and they were somewhat slow to respond (although friendly) apologizing and saying the cabin would be scheduled for a deep cleaning and some maintenance
