We are a small family owned company in which we pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction. John has lived and worked in Geauga county all of his life. When it came time to start his Chimney Cleaning business there was no other place he would rather service than his home town and surrounding areas. I wanna thank chimney wizard for saving my house. They were polite, professional, and amazing customer service.
Thanks to their knowledge and honesty upon I inspecting my fireplace noticed some big concerns. And without their honestly I could have burnt my house down if I had used it as is!!!

The owner, John Potter is the one who does the service. He was here today and said my chimney was in satisfactory condition and didn't need a cleaning. Imagine that!!! There is actually an honest company in existence and I found one! Cleaning cost far exceeded what he charged me for a service call and I was given a certificate to show that my chimney is safe for new owners. This company would get 6 stars from me if I could give them? Thanx so much, Chimney Wizard!
