I really wanted to like this place. However hair was constantly being left after Brazilians and even after repeated scheduling for upper leg/thigh waxing. There was never enough time. Originally upon scheduling a waxing session I had inquired to find if there was an in house financing or payment option for cool sculpting, fillers/Botox. I lied to and said that there was. Supposedly a follow up was scheduled. But it magically wasn’t on the books on my next visit. Scheduled a consult only to be informed that their in house financing option is care credit. Will not be back. Colossal waste of time

I just started going to Club West a couple months ago to get my legs waxed and I can only say positive things about them. Im pregnant and they were very accomodating. The esthetician even took a look at my skin and switched to sugaring which has been awesome. I also started getting my nails done here and love it! I've always hated getting my nails done but she does a fantastic job and is very gentle. Even my mom said that she's going to start getting her nails done regularly and might try some of their other services (this is huge because she never spends money on herself). Definitely go here if

I received a gift card for Club West Med Spa and I used it while I was off for my winter break. Very nice facility with a nice waiting area. I was actually early and my masseuse (Irene) took me right after I filled out my forms. I must say that it was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve have had in a very long time. I highly recommend them and I will be going back!!!
