I have had some positive and some negative experiences with this ER over the years, BUT this past month has seriously been a series of unfortunate events for me and I have ended up in this ER four times for miscellaneous illnesses/accidents. The nurses in the ER are absolutely great, but my favorite has got to be Nurse Meredith. She is literally the best. So kind and sweet, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I really cannot say enough good things about her! Nurse Todd is also great! Dr. Anderson is so kind and actually listens when you speak and takes quick action to get your treatment

Excellent hospital! My Dad was sick & the SA wait time for admission from ER was 53+ hours. CMMC had a bed for him immediately. Super fast & friendly check-in. Every single staff member was nice & patient with him. He is cognitively impaired, so it can be difficult to redirect him & everyone was so helpful, patient & kind. Dr. Blond is amazing! He explains everything & got my dad the treatments he needed quickly. They helped our family coordinate his ongoing care. Dr. Holloway (podiatrist) also treated him and was extremely patient & friendly. Every nurse was excellent: Kiersten, Ruby & Christina

I have never felt so humiliated and made to feel like I wasn't worth caring for... Your ER doctor didn't even take the time to read my paperwork. Offered me meds that I am allergic to. I would make this a negative star review...but that option is not available.

Went for left arm pain radiating from neck to left upper arm. Am on cardiac med & B/P . Pain was severe . Took Asa and went to E.R.. only needed cardiac enzymes & ekg. Dx: neck pain....that is a symptom not a dx.! No rx and primary MD received no documentation. What's going on there? Please don't give the usual response.....what actions are being taken to improve care?

Went to the ER because I felt EXTREMELY nauseous to the point I was about to faint and I had a very sharp, off-and-on abdominal pain. Took me an hour to even get out of the waiting room and when I was taken back to my room, the nurse who was telling me what to do was very rude and unprofessional. When the doctor came in to take a look at me, she was very rude when asking questions. She would interrupt me when I was explaining my symptoms. After she did a little (and I mean little) physical exam on me, she said there was nothing wrong with me and proceeded to tell me that I should’ve just waited

I went Saturday morning with fever, cough, aches, congestion ect. Rapid covid test came back negative in the ER. The doctor was really friendly and informative but I didn’t get any medicine for fever or aches and nobody even listened to my lung sounds. It’s now Monday and I feel more congested and feel like I wheeze when I breathe. I use the VA and can’t just go to the ER whenever and no urgent care places have appointments so now I’m sitting here wondering what to do? If I go back ER VA may not pay for it and can’t find a urgent care. I have anxiety and really wish they would have listened

I'm absolutely impressed with Connally Memorial Emergency Room Staff. They all were very polite and very attentive to my Mom. I have to give 10 stars if I could I would, to all that took care of my mom, especially to the Charge Nurse, Mr. David Wallack, RN. He cares about people and loves what he does and it shows!
Mr. Wallack you are an excellent Nurse Sir. Wish there were more like you!!! Thank you Mr. David Wallack!

Worst hospital/ER I have ever been in. Everyone was unfreindly and the Dr acted like he disapproved of his own career choice. Horrible people work at this place. You are better off going to San Antonio or your local vet to get fixed up. Seriously!
