The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is effective in helping people deal with Pain, Anxiety, Fears and much more! This is a new, powerful technique that can be used to release the impact of traumatic experiences on the body and the mind and strengthen positive beliefs. Hypnotherapy has been a controversial topic over the years.

Concerns and some fears have been raised about experiencing hypnosis based on what has been depicted in the movies or in novels. One of my goals is to educate people about the benefits of hypnosis when provided by a trained, professional hypnotherapist. That's why I have taken the time to answer the most common questions and to debunk the most common myths.

Hypnotherapy is the process of using hypnosis to help someone manage a challenge like weight loss, smoking, a troubling habit, stress, the 'blues' or anxiety. When someone is hypnotized (typically called being in a "trance") they are physically relaxed yet mentally focused.

Everyone has experienced being in a trance at some stage of their lives, being totally involved in watching a good film, listening to a talk or lecture, driving a familiar route, listening to music or reading, slipping down into sleep and waking up.It is a natural state. Your mind operates on two levels, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
There is no recorded instance of a person getting "stuck" in a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a natural state. We all pass through that dreamlike state on the way from full conscious awareness into sleep and the way back from sleep to full conscious awareness. No one ever gets stuck on the way to sleep or the way back to a waking state and no one ever gets "stuck" or "lost" in a hypnotic trance.
This is a relatively new, innovative, Psychosensory technique developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden, MD, PhD, in collaboration with his brother, Steven Ruden, DDS. The Havening Technique is based on research in the fields of neuroscience and neurobiology. The technique uses sensory input to promote positive changes in thought, mood and behavior.
This is NOT a DIET. Diets are temporary. You start a diet, you lose the weight you want to lose and then the diet is over. You regain the weight you lost because the diet is over and you go back to your old habits! Our package is not based on giving up all the foods you like, never having ice cream again or counting calories the rest of your life.
