No one returns calls or emails. Talked to one person in "customer service" once, but was transferred to voicemail. After three days of trying to contact anyone, I'm recommending our engineers go with a different manufacturer.
The other two reviews are from employees. I'm sure it's a fantastic place to earn a paycheck. With no customers, they can stand around drinking coffee all day. Must be nice!

I had two pumps installed in october of 2017, (SU25/SU33) both of which have failed and apparently it's a known defect. I'm told by my plumber that the distributor is saying that Crane who knows about the issue with the enclosed float will not honor their warranty even though their warranty states "free from defects" and this is a known defect yet… I can't get a replacement pump since no one is carrying them any longer due to Crane but honoring their own warranty. I'm reporting it to the BBB and who ever else I can since I contacted Crane and they've given ZERO response.
