Updated 5/20/2021: I'm trying to remember the first time I shopped at CrossAction, it must have been nearly 20 years ago. I keep on going back. Why? Simple, they have great products, great service and stand behind their work and products. In the past year between me and my kids I think we've bought seven computers here. Two were new and the rest used. I don't have a moments hesitation in deciding to go here. I hope they are around

We recently bought some new computers from Crossaction they are were great to work with very knowledgeable and transferred all of my old computer files over to my new computer. I really appreciated there aproach to helping me know what would be the right computer for my needs instead of just selling me the most expensive machine in the store. While I was in the store I realized they where more than just a computer store. They also came out to my office and helped with all of the networking of my computers so they would all talk together. What a great find. Thanks

Unless you want to pay exorbitant prices, skip this business. Rude, condescending counter help. Cost to copy files to a personal external drive and load a clean copy of Windows 10? Over $250! And that was without the extra charge they usually add on to run a hardware check and anti virus. Which would have been about another $70.

Crossaction Computer specialists are the best. Our server was going out and they mirrored the drives and installed it and we were up and running without any glitches. All passwords active and we are greatful for their expertise!

I went to the Crossaction Computer Specialist in Layton to switch my motherboard and other parts to a new case. I would switch it out myself, but I am very busy and not so experienced with handling computers. I went to PC Laptops and they were going to charge an arm and a leg, Crossaction Computer's price way better. I switched from an AZZA Solano 1000 to a NZXT H440 which has a slogan of "Remarkably Clean" which is even truer when you have a specialist wire the parts up so the wiring is not such a mess.

I'm a local business owner and we rely heavily on our computers being up and running properly (who doesn't, right?) and we have had such a good experience with Crossaction that we don't even consider other companies.
