Making a healthcare decision is often complicated by emotional, physical, social, and cultural factors. Not having enough time with patients is a challenge. Unfortunately, financial and pricing uncertainty gets in the way, too. Direct Primary Care is an attempt to simplify the expense side of the process and make it transparent using a simple monthly or annual fee.

It removes the middle man (the insurance company), so that I am able to spend the time I need with patients. In-office pharmacy and lab tests at steeply discounted prices (to save some of the money you've directed into practice memberships fees).
Additional acupuncture, laceration repair, cast/splint placement, laser treatments, home visits, skin lesion removals, and in-office labs range from $5 - 100. We aim to be very transparent in our pricing, and we expect our patients to be surprised at how relatively inexpensive these additional services are.
I use an FDA-Approved Class IV Cold Lumix-3 250-watt Superpulsed Laser to reduce inflammation and enhance healing. By delivering highly focused bundles of photons of light to the energy-producing part of the cells, inflammation drops, tissue regenerates more quickly, and function improves. Laser works well as a stand-alone treatment.
When it comes to preventive medicine, insurance complicates more than it helps. Even in Acute-Care medicine, insurance often comes with hidden high expenses. Direct Primary Care allows for comprehensive care with transparent ahead-of-time pricing. I recommend having a less-expensive, high-deductible, HSA-compatible health insurance plan in addition to InnerHealth MD practice membership.

Every person has a bad day. I was very fortunate to call dr Archie & his staff who followed him to his independence clinic, where dr Archie could take the time, care with his patients. He is a above n beyond kind, of doctor, takes the time, doesn’t rush you though. I love dr Archie’s knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine, plus not all health care issues, get masked by western medicine drugs. He goes to the route of your illness first, then subscribes. I’m back seeing him, worth the wait, plus the expense. Renae S
