Critical: Quality
Guy broke the camera on my Samsung A11 when he replaced the glass. I really don't care if it's "hard" to replace the glass on Samsung phones without breaking the camera- just replace the glass- perfectly- without breaking the camera- because that makes the entire phone useless, which is what he did.

This shop fixed my phone perfectly when I thought it was completely done for. Had a small issue (may have been my fault) with the screen a few days later and they completely switched the screen out again free of charge. Friendly, fast, fair priced. Wouldn’t look any further for any future electronic repairs.

I really think this is one of the best pbone repair shops I've used. They did an outstanding job repairing my phone so that I could recover data from my damaged phone. After trying others they really delivered. Save yourself the time and money by getting it done right the first time. Always been skeptical about phone repair shops. However, was forced to use one and these guys were on point. Fast and reasonably priced. Also liked they didn't try to upsell or push other products.
After calling them had my phone repaired in an hour for water damage.
Definitely bringing all future broken devices to these guys before just buying a new one.

The guy is a crook. “Fixed” the charging port on my son’s tablet and it stopped working a few weeks later. Brought it back in and he wanted to charge me another $35.
Shady, shady operator. Beware!
As you can see by the owner’s response, he doesn’t stand by his work or understand great customer service. This place won’t be in business long so. Good luck phone repair guy.
