Services
Board-certified family physician Pompeyo Chavez, MD, is the founder and medical director of Soulage Wellness & Aesthetic Center in Bastrop, Texas. The state-of-the-art aesthetic and wellness center is proud to offer a wide range of services to help patients improve their skin and overall health. Dr. Chavez earned his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting.

Just wanted to say what an absolutely amazing job Monica and Dr. Chavez do! I have been going to them forever it seems! Love the Hydrafacial, Venus Freeze, Botox & Fillers. “I am fixing to turn 60. Lol…” I can not imagine what I would look like without their expertise!! So, if anyone needs a little something something this is my go to place. They’re not just amazing at their jobs they are just good people! I even have my eyebrows and eyeliner permanently tattooed by Monica. It’s nice to just wake up add sunscreen and go. Monica at Soulage does amazing permanent makeup. I’m adding before and after pictures of my eyebrows. Never realized before how much I needed them but I did. They look great and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The eyeliner is permanent too. I only have to add mascara everyday. She’s a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure you look great.
