This person over prices a home in Binghamton NY when the comps in the area do support he is over price by 150,000 dollars and doesn't have itisted in the MLS in Binghamton NY the sat on the market for awhile now and still hasn't moved cause he lied to the owners to get the listing I know this because I talked to realtor about and she told me the comps don't support the price

Was interested in purchasing a house on Owasco and spoke to Mr. Derosa. He seemed very confident in his trade but was anything but professional. Failed to provide any of the requested information and failed to call me back. Twice. I wouldn’t list with this guy because he clearly doesn’t have his seller clients in his best interest.
