I would’ve gave.5 stars but google review doesn’t allow that. Absolutely unacceptable... I scheduled a pickup and drop off through my insurance company. The pickup was smooth sailing on time even got to my doctors appointment early. My pickup time back home was scheduled for 3:30pm and the representative suggested I schedule a time so that I don’t be waiting a long time to get back home. I finish with my doctors visit at 3:00pm sat inside the facility until 3:20pm thinking my ride would be on time for my ride home. Tuh! At 3:40 I called to check the status of my ride because, I had been standing

The driver Darlene was AMAZING. Amazing person and driver. But the dispatch lady was so rude I have never been disrespected by a driving company so bad. I’m a lyft driver and wouldn’t be able to get away with her attitude. I just had the contract cancelled cuz of her and HER alone. U will not disrespect a paying customer and lie and argue and then think ur still getting money. Time to re-evaluate ur dispatch girl!!!

I would rate it lower if I could. The staff is very disrespectful whenever I call them. I take the cab to school and they have messed up my route multiple times. For the past month they have messed up more than 5 times with my pick up time and when they go to check, they still can’t send another cab from THEIR mistake. I’m missing school because of them. I recommend calling a taxi or Different cab company. This is totally unprofessional and this company needs to be out of business.

Will never use this company again! Drivers seem like they don't care! None pay attention to traffic regulations! Several times I have seen the drivers almost have a head on collision because they were not patient, and had to go around traffic. This was all in a school zone!! Had a driver try to pick my 6 yr old special needs son with out correct equipment! 2 weeks in a row! ......This part is recent but can 501 just cut off a bus! Driver turned left as bus was coming. Just so driver could be in front of bus! Bus just barely hit the van that's how tight the turn was!

Never lets you know when they're outside , or they'll pull up for TWO minutes and leave when they are supposed to wait for FIVE. Me and my sister have problems with these people every week. Idk if it's the driver or the company but you guys need a new system or something to alert us when you are outside. This is our ride to school everyday and they do not care if we get there or not. This happens 2-3 days out of 5!! Fix this..

Unfortunately my district uses this company for special needs transportation and they are horrible. Very rude and disrespectful staff that answers the phone. They have different drivers and dealing with autistic children we need some kind of consideration! Towline needs more customer service and empathy training. If I could I would give negative stars!
