If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My wife just called this "medical practice" to inquire about COVID testing. The person answering the phone couldn't have been more rude nor less helpful. The receptionist basically told her they couldn't help and offered no explanation. I just don't get it.

Terrible experience with the lady on the front desk Angel. Nothing of customer service. She answer the phone rude. She don't do her job. The Dr made the mistake with the prescription and she said no to cover their's mistake. Please don't use this office for your injury because will wasting your time.

I really love coming to this practice. The staff and doctor are super friendly. The office manager Angel more specifically is super friendly and informative. Whenever, I have to call the office I ask for her specifically because I know my concerns will be handled right away. Definitely would recommend!

Love this office. The girls up front always welcome you with a smile. The Manager Angel always takes care of any issues we have right away...unlike other offices that take days to get back to you. Dr. Abusuwa is very knowledgeable and always takes very good care of his patients. Definitely reccomend this doctor office!

After more than 10 years as a patient, and watching the practice go seriously downhill over the past 5 or so, I must speak out. If you are looking for a doctor with good customer service skills, you may want to keep looking. I haven't seen the actual doctor in years. I'm always stuck with one of his revolving door of ARNPs or PAs. And don't even get me started about the front desk staff. They are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. The turnover is ridiculously high for a reason. Every time you go in, there's a new front desk person who is just as bad as, or worse than, the last.

I have visited Amana medical center a few times over the past two years and had the worst experience yet recently. About an hour prior to my appointment I realized I did not have my insurance card I called ahead to let them know and asked them to verify my insurance prior anticipating some issues. I hang up with the last words being ok your good. Fast forward to the appointment I get there and now they say they can't verify my insurance when I specifically called for this purpose just an hour ago! Thirty minutes after my actual appointment time and having to basically do there jobs by insisting

Fantastic first time experience! Open on the weekend, you can schedule an appointment online and add additional notes, they were aware of the information I had submitted online, and, even as a new patient, it took less than 5 minute to confirm my details and I was brought into the examination room on time. Thereafter, I saw the nurse practitioner and she was very responsive to my questions, went over my medical history, and she was great with her communication in all regards.
