I called this office to make an appointment. I don't have the insurance they take which I was aware of but I was willing to pay cash for an office visit. Teresa said he wouldn't take cash then proceeded to hang up on me . I don't care how highly the Dr comes recommended if his office staff are that rude then I won't waste my money there. We need more Dr's offices that actually care about a patient and this is not one.

Dr. Grillo forced me to sign a document before my surgery saying that if he botched my surgery or anything went wrong he wouldn’t be held responsible.
Here I am years after my surgery wishing I never signed it, I had corrective surgery for a deviated septum. Dr.Grillo also told me he wouldn’t perform the surgery unless I signed a piece of paper saying he could perform extra surgery while i was under anesthesia if he deemed it necessary.
He corrected my deviated septum and also ground down my turbinates so much that now my sinus congestion is much worse than when I started. Any calls from
