In the event that you purchase a pretty Wedding Dress, Bridal Wear, Bridesmaid Dress and yet they do not fit perfectly, then you need an alteration or remodeling. Here, we have experts who are professionals in the field. Unless it has been custom made, the bridal gown you purchase is not designed to fit your exact measurements.

One star is far too many for this disgraceful establishment. Anna is a rude, lying, miserable, unprofessional and insulting business owner. I am completely shocked at how she is still in business. She definitely does not deserve to be and should definitely not be allowed to deal with the public.
I am writing this review on my mother's behalf. She bought a custom made gown for $3600.00 for my son's wedding. One week later my mother called to say I was coming into town on a Monday from out of state and she wanted me to see the dress. Anna promised she would be in. We drove 45 minutes to the store

I purchased a beautiful top off Anna's rack a few years ago and it was spectacular. During COVID, when there was nothing in the department stores and I wanted a special dress, I wanted to try her to make a dress. I was a bit hesitant considering some of the reviews I read, but I have to say that my experience with Anna was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted (of course no one is every sure exactly what they want), and she made me a very special - fun, sophisticated, classy cocktail dress that was truly beautiful and elegant. Wonderful working with Anna. She made my daughters dream communion dress. The Base dress was from little Nikkis but Anna and the seamstresses elevated it to the next level. We had pockets added, dress altered to fit my daughter perfectly a custom jacket with a seamless zipper in the back made for the church and easily removed for the after party. Looking forward to working with them again for future events.

What a nightmare!
Had a custom made gown made for my daughter's wedding. What a nightmare! I ordered my gown in March 2019, the gown was supposed to be finished in June. Her policy was to pay in full when placing a custom order... I should have known first red flag. She charged me $3,500.00 for a custom made gown which we went over in detail of the style and beading (saw a gown in the store as an example). She told me she would call me in few weeks to start making the gown. It was the end of April and I still didn't hear from her. I called her and ask when she would be starting the gown

I got my wedding dress here. I paid up front which I think ended up being a mistake, the alterations weren’t done on time. I was still getting fittings the day before my wedding, I missed the dinner when my parents met my husbands parents so I could try on the dress and the owner of Donna Moda was not at all sympathetic or trying to be accommodating

Donna Moda has a gorgeous selection of couture dresses. After a long search , Donna Moda was suggested by a friend. Wow, what a great experience.. I found the dress of my dreams. The selection is fantastic, Anna is very helpful and accommodating and most certainly knowledgeable.. I am so happy and excited to wear my new dress!!! Thank you Donna Moda!!

I just picked up my dress from Donna Moda and it was the worst experience in my life. I live in Lancaster, PA which is a three hour drive from Donna Moda and I had to drive up three times due to mistakes on her end. The first trip i brought my dress and Anna told me the alterations were included for FREE; main reason i bought the dress. Went in the second time to get my fitting done and things went well. The third time i went up was a Saturday afternoon and the dress was not altered or anything and Anna claimed that I owed money for alterations; another $200 and everyone knows her dresses are not

One star to too much for this horrible place. In December, I placed an order for a gown for my daughters wedding in May .The dress was $4100 which I was willing to pay for something special. Three weeks before the wedding I was still being given the run around that the fabric has not come in yet. I called her for one week straight and she never returned my phone calls. I finally came in with my husband and Anna the owner said "well you must be really worried" I was so upset and angry and she kept blaming me and saying she never has had problems before and will get the dress made in time. I was referred to Donna Mod from a friend of mind who bought her mother of the groom gown. I was looking for something unique, sexy but not revealing, something appropriate for my occasion. Horrible experience. Anna took $450 plus $20 for shipping to make a dress for me in December and it's now April and I still don't have the dress. She told me on at least five different occasions that it was ready. Once I drove 45 minutes to get there and when I got there she told me that it had a hole in it and she had to start all over again by purchasing new fabric. Then a month later she wasn't returning my phone calls and lied and told me that she was first going to NYC that Sunday to buy more red fabric. Promised to send it to me within 2 weeks. What a gorgeous dress I bought for my daughter's summer wedding. Everyone was complimenting how beautiful I looked in this stunning gown.
